Return Policy

At The Art of Tone, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to be completely stoked about your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Here’s our return policy:

  • You can return any unused items bought from The Art of Tone within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Exceptions:

  • Used items are non-returnable.
  • Unused items returned after 30 days but within 90 days incur a 50% restocking fee applied to the refund.
  • Unused items returned after 90 days are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Once a refund is issued, settling times are outside our control, and can vary based on the payment method used.

How to Return Items

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Reach out to our team at team@theartoftone.com to initiate your return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label, free of charge.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Use the pre-paid label to ship your package back to us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
