Shaft very loose

Very loose, easy to accidentally rotate. Don’t feel smooth.

Meh... Too Loose. No Dampening Whatsoever.

If you're looking for a very loose pot, this is the ticket. But they feel too loose, and you can feel the scratching of the internal contacts. Wish they were somewhat dampened. Anyway, don't buy if you are using for a high end project.

Moves too easily

I e used these on several builds, the quality lately has gone down. Not noisy, they just don't stay at one level while playing. Too "loose"

Smooth

I got these because a person on YouTube said they were smoother that other pots. They do in fact turn a little easier and faster, but they’re not loose, they still hold their setting.

Bournes pots are high quality

Very well made in the US. The range from closed to open potential is great. Smooth increase and decrease in tone or volume application. Don’t be fooled by look alike s as pots do. CTS or Bourne are the ones to use.
