Installed and sounds great - Nice work brother Tone Man ~
It works as advertised, but I never could get a nice solder on it. No matter the temperature or how much flux I buried it in, the stuff just refused to flow into the braid and left a cold joint. It works, and it's hidden inside the guitar but I know there's a cold joint in there and it kills me inside to know about it.
I think I may have had better luck if I cleaned it in some kind of degreaser first, but at the time I didn't have the option.
This cable is hard to work. The shielding is harder to separate than I expected. There are places where this is the right cable, however. A 6’ piece should last a lifetime.
I love this stuff, really gets the job done and the wire is great quality
